Prepare your information
Gather and enter contact details for the buyer and the escrow company. Initiate the transfer process.
Verify & submit details
Ensure all parties (buyer, seller, and escrow) verify their information through our portal, and submit the closing date and any pre-payment information.
Sign & credit check
All parties sign the transfer agreement via DocuSign. The new homeowner completes a soft credit check (this will not impact their credit score).
Finalize the transfer
Once all the above steps are completed and the escrow closes, your service transfer is successfully executed. Sellers will receive a final invoice for the energy produced up to the transfer completion.
